Order Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the processing of indirect expense and capital purchase invoices for payment
• Interact with suppliers and contractors to manage the flow of purchase payment instructions and change orders
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and payments for multiple vendors and internal customers
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and the receipt of goods and services
• Maintain and distribute purchase order packages to appropriate field personnel and authorized agents
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing cash flow and budget adherence
• Provide training to field users on proper purchasing and invoice payment processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a similar field preferred
• Proficiency in purchasing systems such as Oracle, Ariba, or SAP
• Strong knowledge of Procurement or Accounts Payable (A/P) processes
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
