Order Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee order management tasks including shipment tracking, exception management, and inventory reconciliation
• Resolve service failures and order flow issues by leveraging technology and process improvements
• Build customer relationships through professional communication and prompt inquiry responses
• Maintain accurate item-level data such as pack sizes, pricing, and commodity descriptions
• Execute reporting to enhance customer experience and distribute operational information to the team
• Perform to tactical and operational KPI targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or account coordination experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to navigate multiple systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of supply chain operations
• Experience with Excel Macros and identifying macro breakdowns
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to think strategically and navigate complex issues to resolve them timely
