About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall order flow of customer demand by reviewing, entering, and editing various types of customer orders.
- Process customer orders accurately and timely, including both electronic and manual requests.
- Handle Government and Commercial Direct orders by working with cross-functional teams to ensure all GSA and Direct requirements are met.
- Analyze critical documentation required for processing Government and Direct Bill orders.
- Collaborate with the MillerKnoll Dealer network and internal departments to resolve order errors and ensure quick release to scheduling.
- Maintain proficiency in Order Entry Systems and supporting technology applications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills to proactively manage daily workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
- Experience with ERP applications such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, or Baan LN.
