Order Handler - Ocean CS Order

Responsibilities

• Design ERP processes for order management, including pricing, discounts, taxes, and contract terms
• Map existing order-to-cash processes for Ocean Capital Sales orders
• Perform detailed review and cleansing of existing master data
• Execute cutover order migration tasks and reconcile pre-migration vs post-migration records
• Conduct testing and quality assurance, including unit, integration, and UAT testing
• Investigate and resolve order exceptions such as pricing mismatches or inventory holds
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve process gaps
• Document order processing procedures and train end users during the hypercare phase

Requirements

• Diploma or Graduate degree in Engineering or Commerce
• 4-6 years of experience in order processing, order management, or order-to-cash roles
• Mandatory ERP exposure (experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of purchase order and contract commercial terms and conditions
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with ERP implementations, cutovers, or major system upgrades is strongly preferred
