Order Handler & Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders from placement through to invoicing and delivery
• Verify commercial terms, customer purchase orders, and ensure orders are booked per company guidelines
• Coordinate with factories and suppliers to expedite orders and ensure committed delivery dates
• Manage international logistics including air, sea, and land freight coordination with freight forwarders
• Prepare and manage commercial documentation such as Letters of Credit (LC), Certificates of Origin, and guarantees
• Issue customer invoices and validate shipment terms to ensure seamless transactions
• Maintain accurate order data within the ERP system and respond to customer inquiries regarding availability and lead times

Requirements

• Engineering, Science, or Diploma degree
• 3-8 years of experience in customer service or order handling, preferably within a manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial terms and Incoterms
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
• Experience working with ERP systems (Scala experience is an advantage)
• Ability to handle high volumes of orders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
