About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support line manager to achieve department KPI performance
  • Implement ALPS and utilize new ERP System (Endeavour) and OPBI system
  • Maintain accurate data within ERP and OPBI systems
  • Manage customer orders, inquiries, revisions, and acknowledgments
  • Communicate factory lead time changes to customers
  • Prepare packing lists and invoices as delivery papers
  • Manage and update the Master Plan timely
  • Control costs and engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3 years of working experience in a relevant area within a manufacturing company
  • Good written and oral English skills
  • Cooperative, communicative, and flexible attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and engagement in problem-solving
