About the role
Responsibilities
- Support line manager to achieve department KPI performance
- Implement ALPS and utilize new ERP System (Endeavour) and OPBI system
- Maintain accurate data within ERP and OPBI systems
- Manage customer orders, inquiries, revisions, and acknowledgments
- Communicate factory lead time changes to customers
- Prepare packing lists and invoices as delivery papers
- Manage and update the Master Plan timely
- Control costs and engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3 years of working experience in a relevant area within a manufacturing company
- Good written and oral English skills
- Cooperative, communicative, and flexible attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and engagement in problem-solving
