About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact in the Distribution Centre for customers, sales companies, suppliers, and forwarders
- Resolve first-level support requests and escalate to Order Support when necessary
- Accurately process, facilitate changes, and update customer and supplier purchase orders in the ERP system according to standard SOPs
- Assist with shipping arrangements and documentation for customer orders
- Coordinate with support functions such as Order Support, Warehouse, and Quality teams
Requirements
- Relevant educational background
- 2+ years of service experience in a distribution or operations environment
- Proficient typing ability
- Fluent in English and the local language, with the ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an ERP system environment
- A service-minded attitude with a strong sense of urgency
