Order Handler

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact in the Distribution Centre for customers, sales companies, suppliers, and forwarders
• Resolve first-level support requests and escalate to Order Support when necessary
• Accurately process, facilitate changes, and update customer and supplier purchase orders in the ERP system according to standard SOPs
• Assist with shipping arrangements and documentation for customer orders
• Coordinate with support functions including Order Support, Warehouse, and Quality teams

Requirements

• Relevant education
• 2+ years of service experience in a distribution or operations environment
• Proficient typing ability
• Fluent in English and the local language
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an ERP system environment
• A service-minded attitude with a strong sense of urgency
