About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Sales Orders within the ERP system in a timely manner
  • Purchase project components according to specific requirements and track delivery status
  • Coordinate logistics and select appropriate transportation modes to ensure on-time arrival
  • Manage customs E-book data and implement bonded manual procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Monitor component pricing, handle vendor invoices, and provide delivery documents to customers
  • Track production schedules based on customer demand and report status to project engineers
  • Assist with financial inventory and analyze measures to improve "Delivery on Time" metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain within the manufacturing industry or in customs affairs
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems
  • Strong expertise in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of customs affairs in FTZ/BLP environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI
  • Knowledge of Handbook processes
