About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Sales Orders within the ERP system in a timely manner
- Purchase project components according to specific requirements and track delivery status
- Coordinate logistics and select appropriate transportation modes to ensure on-time arrival
- Manage customs E-book data and implement bonded manual procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor component pricing, handle vendor invoices, and provide delivery documents to customers
- Track production schedules based on customer demand and report status to project engineers
- Assist with financial inventory and analyze measures to improve "Delivery on Time" metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain within the manufacturing industry or in customs affairs
- Proficiency in using ERP systems
- Strong expertise in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of customs affairs in FTZ/BLP environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of Handbook processes
