About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the order fulfilment process, respecting customer segments and channel mix
- Balance supply constraints and delivery service levels through cross-functional alignment
- Utilize tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules
- Manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and minimize write-offs
- Perform order modification and stock allocation to meet service and fill rate targets
Requirements
- Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a similar field
- Experience in an order-to-cash environment
- Proven experience in an FMCG/CPG company
- High-level competence in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong numerical, analytical, and logical reasoning skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role within customer service, logistics, or sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role or within a Supply Chain function
- Knowledge of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) within SAP
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of customer focus
