Order Fulfillment Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and administrative tasks including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory distribution
• Unpack and check goods against purchase orders or invoices and maintain records of received goods
• Operate forklifts, box vans, or other large machinery to transport materials and stage inventory for production
• Identify and troubleshoot routine shipping, delivery, and inventory discrepancies
• Reconcile work orders to maintain system and inventory integrity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following the 5S Program (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in manufacturing, inventory management, or warehouse operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Dynamics
