Order Fulfillment Specialist Research & Specialties

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring reliable and timely processing of customer orders
• Enter and maintain customer orders and master data within SAP
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices
• Prepare shipping documents, export documentation, invoices, and credit notes
• Monitor shipments and manage returns according to company guidelines
• Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Planning, Logistics, and Finance
• Ensure high data quality and participate in continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., Kaufmann/-frau EFZ or equivalent)
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Customer Service or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
• Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
• Structured, reliable working style with a strong service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
