Order Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries regarding stock balance, pricing, lead times, delivery, and parts specifications
• Create quotes, sales orders, return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), proposals, and invoices
• Track incoming shipments and backorders, providing weekly status reports to customers
• Investigate issues related to inventory, pricing, deliveries, returns, and credits
• Run monthly Shipped In Full/On Time (SIFOT) reports and provide data to the sales team
• Attend weekly customer meetings to provide feedback on order status
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal staff via email, Service Cloud, and telephone

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience (Supply Chain experience preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and moderate-to-advanced Excel
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with reliable in-office attendance
• Availability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the mining or construction industries
• Previous experience using Salesforce or Service Cloud
