About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain activities, including analyzing open order reports and supply chain data.
- Provide regular order updates to customers and identify opportunities to expedite orders or resolve delays.
- Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to resolve order fulfillment issues.
- Create and distribute open order reports (SIFOT, status, expected ship dates) to all impacted stakeholders.
- Manage customer requests and inquiries via phone, email, and Service Cloud cases.
- Coordinate with internal suppliers to address order inquiries and expedite requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure a positive company image.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or order management.
- French-English bilingualism is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Experience in a fast-paced operational environment (mining, construction, or industrial sectors is an asset).
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
- Experience using scripts to automate data processes.
- Experience navigating multiple complex company software systems.
