Order Fulfillment Representative I

Responsibilities

• Perform sales order processing for spare parts tickets, including researching customer requests and generating quotes.
• Manage orders, planning, and expediting shipments as necessary.
• Process high-volume parts tickets with guidance to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate between internal departments and customers regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in accordance with quality objectives and strict compliance regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience, preferably in sales order administration or manufacturing customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong customer service experience and professional phone etiquette.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional internal and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the casino industry.
• Proficiency with SAP.
