Order Fulfillment & Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full order fulfillment cycle from receipt to completion
• Review, validate, and process complex and high-priority orders in internal systems
• Monitor order flow and proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or delays
• Track outstanding orders and address issues to prevent procurement and fulfillment delays
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order discrepancies, system errors, and fulfillment issues
• Monitor and respond to new messages within the order management system
• Review and process canceled orders, QC fails, Quick Fix, and HD orders
• Serve as an escalation point for order-related issues
• Partner with Customer Service, Production, Quality Assurance & Shipping
• Coordinate the processing of repair requests and custom orders
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order status
• Train and mentor Order Fulfillment Associates as needed
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of SOPs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, customer service, or complex order management
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Clear communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong problem solving skills
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
