Order Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders accurately according to customer and retailer requirements
• Verify product codes, lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities to ensure traceability
• Package products following food safety, quality, and brand standards
• Label orders correctly, including shipping, compliance, and special handling labels
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and inventory rotation procedures
• Comply with all food safety, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation requirements
• Use ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and shipping software to process orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment and packing areas
• Assist with inventory counts and report damaged or non-conforming products to leadership

Requirements

• Ability to pick, pack, label, and ship orders in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of or ability to follow FIFO, GMP, and HACCP procedures
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order processing systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work 1st shift (7:00am to 3:30pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of order fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce experience
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments
