Order Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders
• Confirm digital orders before preparation for pick up
• Contact customers regarding order shortages
• Maintain, stock, and clean the counter sales area
• Support sales teammates and assist with loading customers
• Monitor digital orders for timely confirmation and picking
• Inform buyers of low stock levels or discrepancies

Requirements

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and operate order processing software
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate math skills
• Ability to learn material handling equipment operation
• Previous customer service or warehouse experience preferred
