Order Fulfillment and Settlement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze payment status for customers with credit
• Issue invoices, corrections, and settle turnover
• Settle cash (CID) and non-cash payments
• Manage packaging balances and deposits
• Handle system-based complaints and order verification
• Prepare and issue sales documents for drivers
• Enter and verify orders in the delivery management system
• Comply with health and safety requirements

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education
• Enthusiasm and engagement in daily work
• Availability for shift work, including night shifts
• Experience in a specialist role within distribution (preferred)
• Experience in team leadership (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
