Order Fulfillment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Plan and prioritize deliveries and allocate stocks effectively
• Monitor order status and track shipments to ensure timely dispatch
• Ensure all orders are delivered within agreed service levels and in good condition

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related course
• 1-2 years of experience in Order & Fulfillment and Transport Management
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong data processing literacy and computer skills
• Excellent planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP-IM (Inventory Module)
