Order Flow Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for warehouse automation, WMi, and WCS systems
• Resolve issues within WMI, WCS, and automation to ensure efficient product flow
• Determine root causes of fulfillment issues and coordinate with IT, operations, and inventory control to implement solutions
• Coordinate with control room personnel to investigate missing cartons and manage product flow exceptions
• Monitor trauma lines and inbound/outbound areas to maintain operational efficiency
• Communicate daily KPIs and status reports to peers and leadership
• Create and complete necessary operational reports
• Ensure all tasks are performed within set procedural work methods and safety standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in a distribution center, manufacturing, or production environment
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precise tolerances and standards
• Ability to handle stress in a composed and constructive manner
• Ability to read fine print for extended periods and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with WMi, WCS, or similar warehouse management applications
