  • Lead the Order Experience team in picking complex SKU combinations
  • Analyze fulfillment data to drive process optimization
  • Coach team members on effective picking and fulfillment techniques
  • Allocate time and resources for special requests
  • Implement technology-driven solutions to improve warehouse efficiency
  • Maintain immaculate organization of inventory bins and warehouse space

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills for fulfillment data review
  • Proven ability to lead and coach a team
  • Exceptional organizational and foresight skills
  • Ability to work a morning shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
