- Lead the Order Experience team in picking complex SKU combinations
- Analyze fulfillment data to drive process optimization
- Coach team members on effective picking and fulfillment techniques
- Allocate time and resources for special requests
- Implement technology-driven solutions to improve warehouse efficiency
- Maintain immaculate organization of inventory bins and warehouse space
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills for fulfillment data review
- Proven ability to lead and coach a team
- Exceptional organizational and foresight skills
- Ability to work a morning shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
- High attention to detail within a fast-paced warehouse environment
