Order Entry Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the control of invoices and orders for iTero and Invisalign operations
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts within the company
• Align contractual requirements across various cross-functional teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding activities, costs, and SOX compliance indicators
• Monitor processes to maximize service level effectiveness and implement internal improvements
• Establish KPIs to ensure efficient operations, specifically regarding transport and storage costs
• Maintain updated customer records and supervise master data management

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related fields
• 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting, billing, or related areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English skills
• Experience working within supply chain environments
• Knowledge of accounting and tax processes is desirable
• Ability to work onsite in São Paulo during the afternoon shift
