Order Entry Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage advertising sales orders, revisions, cancellations, and make-goods within Salesforce CRM
• Review order submissions for completeness, accuracy, pricing, inventory availability, and policy compliance
• Partner closely with Sales teams to manage all aspects of client campaigns, including flight dates, rates, and targeting requirements
• Process campaign changes such as budget updates, date extensions, and audience modifications
• Communicate directly with clients regarding order confirmations, status updates, and campaign details
• Coordinate with media planning, ad operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure campaign launch readiness
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and order management systems to support revenue recognition requirements
• Audit and track high-profile events and special packages in relevant market trackers
• Perform quality control on inventory and review streaming orders for clearance using available reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting sales teams or organizations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools
• Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process optimization
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Strong data management skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
• Experience working within an Agile methodology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Strategic and critical thinking skills with familiarity in lead qualification
