Order Entry and Sample Logistics Specialist (Beverages)

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and input beverage samples into laboratories
• Set up investigation orders and handle regular lifting of loads up to 25 kg
• Organize and coordinate sample transport to internal and external laboratories
• Document all work steps in laboratory information systems
• Prepare sampling materials for samplers and customers
• Pack samples for transport and organize shipping
• Coordinate closely with customer advisors and laboratory staff regarding investigation orders

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or comparable professional experience
• Strong communication skills and very good German language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Reliability, diligence, and ability to work in a team
• Service-oriented attitude, even during high workload periods
• Experience in logistics or a laboratory environment is an advantage
