Order Entry 1

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and process customer orders and scrap orders
• Manage disposition and distribution of denied warranties and approved customer orders
• Perform daily log updates and production reporting
• Sort and distribute incoming products and handle FDX shipping
• Provide order investigation support for technicians, management, and customers
• Maintain 5S standards and follow safety protocols
• Take corrective actions to ensure continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in shipping and receiving (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Excellent 10-key and typing skills
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 30 pounds
