Order Builder

Responsibilities

• Accurately build and stage customer orders based on pick tickets for loading onto delivery trucks
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation
• Use manual or powered material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks, to move product
• Adhere to all procedures relating to product age, quality, and safety
• Meet established productivity requirements in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Perform miscellaneous warehouse activities to support efficient operations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 6 months of general work experience required
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend, and reach
• Ability to push and pull material handling equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks
