Order Build Associate

Responsibilities

• Consolidate finished work orders and execute day-to-day tasks in assigned work areas
• Ensure samples are collected and verify all COCs are complete and accurate
• Review defects with the Quality Manager and log returns of finished goods
• Coordinate with inspection teams and order expeditors to process urgent jobs
• Focus on LTL shipments and NDA to ensure timely order movement
• Coordinate and train new employees
• Drive a box truck to assist with local shipments and deliveries as needed
• Adhere to established QMS procedures and safety practices

Requirements

• High attention to detail
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other machinery
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Effective communication skills for working with co-workers and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO, FDA, BSI)
