Order and Delivery Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, including order entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination.
• Perform business analysis based on customer forecasts, ODM demand, and open backlogs to support revenue projection and priority allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers, handling demand fulfillment, order payments, and shortage escalations.
• Monitor and manage delivery precision metrics, such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Delivery Lead Time (LT), for global supply sites.
• Coordinate shipment instructions with forwarders and manage customer RMA handling.
• Drive ERP system order-to-cash setup in alignment with central team standards and identify process improvements to optimize functions.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or business-related field.
• 3 years of experience in order management and 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven knowledge of the electronics industry.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Super User experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of international trade processes and procedures.
