Order and Delivery Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Support customer order fulfillment and delivery execution activities
• Monitor customer purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Create and maintain order tracking reports and follow-up dashboards
• Assist in managing order changes, delivery date updates, and order cancellations
• Support goods receipt (GR) and goods issue (GI) processes
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders regarding delivery status
• Assist in preparing documentation related to deliveries and customer shipments
• Support escalation management when delivery commitments are at risk
• Help maintain supply chain data accuracy and reporting quality
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with project managers, supply planners, and logistics teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Logistics, or Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools
• Previous internship or academic projects in operations or logistics
