About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with consults and chairside for oral surgeon
- Set up sterile rooms and equipment
- Load and unload oral surgery equipment
- Perform equipment inventory
- Conduct pre-op and post-op Panos
- Monitor patients before, during, and after oral surgery procedures
- Perform 4-handed assisting
- Escort patients and flip rooms
Requirements
- Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensing preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel up to 100% of the time
- Ability to work early morning shifts (6-7 AM) on surgery days
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
