Oral Surgery Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist oral surgeons chairside during consultations and surgery
• Prepare sterile rooms and set up oral surgery equipment
• Load, unload, and inventory oral surgery equipment
• Take pre-operative and post-operative panoramic radiographs
• Monitor patients before, during, and after oral surgery procedures
• Escort patients and flip rooms between appointments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements

• Texas Registered Dental Assistant license preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 100% of the time
• Experience with four-handed dental assisting and sterile technique
• Willingness to work early mornings and travel to Corpus Christi and San Juan areas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
