Oral Health Lead

Responsibilities

• Execute all local marketing activities based on global and regional plans, ensuring flawless in-market delivery across all channels.
• Drive financial and commercial rigour by managing brand A&P investment, optimizing ROI, and tracking performance against KPIs.
• Deliver in-year brand performance by ensuring long-term strategic plans guide short-term execution decisions.
• Amplify local marketing plans through targeted activations with customers and shoppers.
• Manage and develop the brand activation team, providing coaching and leadership to drive high performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with local functional teams, including Media, Sales, and ComEx, to ensure integrated marketing activation.
• Provide the Operating Unit (OU) with key market insights and learnings to help tailor global priorities and assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on brand activation and in-market execution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams to achieve performance targets.
• Strong understanding of brand building, campaign deployment, and the marketing ecosystem.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing brand KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience working within a matrix organization, collaborating with regional/global and local cross-functional partners.
• Ability to interpret market data, consumer/shopper insights, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for executional excellence.
