Oral Health Lead

Responsibilities

• Execute local marketing activities based on global and regional plans to ensure flawless in-market delivery.
• Drive financial and commercial rigor across brand activation, managing A&P investment and optimizing ROI.
• Deliver in-year brand performance by aligning short-term execution with long-term strategic plans.
• Amplify local marketing plans through targeted activations with customers and shoppers.
• Manage and develop brand activation teams, fostering capability, accountability, and high performance.
• Collaborate with local functional teams, including Media, Sales, and ComEx, to ensure integrated activation.
• Provide the Operating Unit with key market insights to help tailor global priorities and assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on brand activation and in-market execution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams to achieve performance targets.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing brand KPIs and P&L delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of brand building, campaign deployment, and the marketing ecosystem.

• Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating with regional or global teams.
• Ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies.
