Oral Health Expert Lead - MEA

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the MEA Oral Health expert portfolio strategy, translating business ambition into clear brand roles and annual operating plans.
• Lead market, shopper, and HCP insight generation to identify growth opportunities and define value propositions.
• Develop brand positioning, strategic narratives, and campaign architecture for HCP and patient communication.
• Drive launch excellence and lifecycle management by leading cross-functional launch squads and building evidence-based claims.
• Design and execute omni-channel HCP activation strategies across digital, CRM, in-clinic, and scientific events.
• Enable the sales organization through training, coaching, launch playbooks, and high-impact promotional tools.
• Manage the portfolio budget and performance, allocating resources to maximize ROI and defining key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 12+ years of marketing or brand management experience within Consumer Healthcare or Pharma.
• Proven experience in developing and executing HCP-centric strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end brand/portfolio strategies and deliver against growth targets.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to drive marketing agendas.
• Masters in business or an equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong track record in omni-channel campaign planning and measurement (field force, digital, CRM, and events).
• Experience in content strategy and agency/vendor management.
• A blend of thought leadership and execution excellence.
