Oral Care Sector Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of Oral Care brands within the Normandy sector through active field visits to pharmacies and parapharmacies.
• Manage "Sell In" activities by negotiating and taking orders while optimizing restocking through digital tools.
• Execute "Sell Out" strategies by implementing merchandising recommendations and managing commercial operations to increase consumer visibility.
• Provide training and advice to pharmacy teams through "flash" training sessions, workshops, and digital learning promotion.
• Manage B2B influencers and partner networks, including wholesalers and opinion leaders, to support brand development.
• Maintain detailed reporting on field activity, customer follow-up, and sales objectives.

Requirements

• Commercial degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
• First successful commercial experience (can include internships or apprenticeships), ideally within the pharmacy or parapharmacy sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution circuit.
• Existing knowledge of the local customer base within the Normandy sector.
