About the role
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications
- Perform patching and hardening of OS and Applications
- Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning
- Ensure high availability and optimal system performance
- Comply with defined SLAs regarding Operations, Security Policies, and Audit Findings
- Maintain replicated systems in Disaster Recovery to ensure Business Continuity
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience in system administration
- Strong expertise in Oracle WebCenter
- Proficiency with RedHat Linux and Apache
- Experience with Shell scripting
- Knowledge of applications running on OpenShift
- Ability to join within a 2-week to 1-month timeframe
