Oracle Transportation Management Cloud Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end solution architecture for OTM Cloud migration projects.
• Define functional and technical design standards aligned with business processes and Oracle best practices.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable OTM Cloud solutions.
• Oversee key OTM configurations including rate management, itineraries, planning parameters, and automation agents.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical consultants during build and testing phases.
• Validate data migration strategies and ensure cutover readiness.
• Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases to ensure a smooth transition to operations.
• Align with business stakeholders on the OTM Cloud migration roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in OTM Cloud migration projects (on-premise to cloud or greenfield implementations).
• Strong functional and technical expertise in OTM modules: Order Management, Routing & Planning, Execution, and Freight Audit & Pay.
• Hands-on experience in OTM configuration, including itineraries, planning parameters, calendars, constraints, and rate offerings.
• Deep knowledge of Automation Agents, status flows, and carrier onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
