Oracle Supply Chain and CRM Senior

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements using AIM, OUM, or other prescribed methodologies
• Lead solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, and the drafting of functional specifications
• Manage the maintenance and enhancement of Oracle Cloud SCM modules
• Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and participate in design reviews
• Map client business requirements against Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities
• Assist business users during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare high-quality deliverables, including test scripts and test cases
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support the Project Management Office (PMO)

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules
• At least 2 years of direct implementation experience in Fusion SCM (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Purchasing, Costing, Warehouse Management, or Order Management)
• Proven experience in solution design and drafting functional specifications
• Knowledge of OUM or AIM methodologies
• Professional or Management degree
• Valid passport for business travel and client site work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role
• Previous experience with Oracle EBS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex business knowledge
