Oracle Solution Consulting Manager

Spinnaker Support provides global enterprise software support, managed services, and project-based consulting to many of the world’s most recognized and respected brands. They are a leading provider of third-party software support services for Oracle, SAP, and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Solution Architects across EMEA
• Own hiring, onboarding, and structured ramp for new EMEA Solution Architects
• Personally lead or co-lead strategic, complex, or senior-level pre-sales engagements
• Conduct prospect landscape and spend analysis to develop technical and commercial proposals
• Lead and contribute to RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for complex EMEA opportunities
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CxO-level stakeholders
• Partner with EMEA sales leadership to align resources with regional pipeline priorities
• Monitor and report on regional performance metrics including win rates and team utilization

Requirements

• 10+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical hands-on roles in enterprise software
• Minimum 5 years in a people leadership or team management capacity
• Deep, practicing knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem (Database, Fusion Middleware, ERP/EBS, Cloud)
• Strong understanding of Oracle’s enterprise support and licensing models
• Proven track record in technical pre-sales with direct personal ownership of customer engagements
• Experience building TCO models and support spend estimates
• Ability to engage credibly at CIO, CTO, and CFO levels
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience
• Willingness and ability to travel across the EMEA region

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP and/or VMware ecosystems
• Grounding in SAP and infrastructure security
• Experience operating in a dual-role (player-manager) capacity
