Oracle Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and security subject matter expert during the sales process
• Advise customers on alternate support methods for the Oracle stack
• Develop technical solutions, including support spend estimates and cost prediction models
• Lead and collaborate on RFP/RFI/RFQ exercises
• Build and maintain relationships with in-region partners regarding delivery and license compliance
• Create technical collateral such as whitepapers and data analysis
• Serve as a trusted security advisor regarding Oracle security approaches

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle Database, WebLogic, and EBS architecture and administration experience
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect
• Thorough understanding of Oracle licensing and associated metrics
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP) and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Familiarity with Cyber/Information Security concepts related to Oracle technologies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and CxO level audiences
