Oracle IT Applications Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across business departments to gather and implement enhancement requests
• Identify and resolve system issues, communicating updates to management and users
• Manage IT Applications documentation, including User Requirement Specifications and Detail Design Specifications
• Write Configuration Test Plans and summary reports
• Perform daily administrative tasks related to functional support and user account administration
• Provide SME support for projects to develop, implement, and enhance systems
• Assist with application support during Regulatory and Partner inspections
• Process IT Applications change control requests
• Work with Validation and Quality departments to ensure implementation follows the development life cycle
• Provide end-user troubleshooting and support at the application server level
• Participate in or lead system security access and periodic audit trail reviews

Requirements

• BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Oracle Applications, specifically Supply Chain and OPM Modules
• Experience with technical writing and process mapping
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and System Administration
• Proficiency with Veeva, Valgenesis, or JIRA tools
