Oracle HR Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake and delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests for global stakeholders
• Maintain and execute recurring reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Redesign and optimize reports by converting manual processes into automated, standardized solutions
• Develop reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Support the build-out of self-service reporting capabilities and document report logic

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, HR, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or HR systems
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI), with HCM experience preferred
• Strong querying skills and a solid understanding of data structures
• Proven experience building automated or scalable reporting solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery model
