Oracle Health Solution Lead

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage integration projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Oversee project schedules, scope, budget, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
• Support the development, configuration, and deployment of healthcare interfaces using the Rhapsody integration engine.
• Manage the promotion of interface code through various environments, including pre-production and production.
• Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues while developing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate directly with vendors, clients, internal technical teams, and federal stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, technical discussions, and deployment readiness reviews.
• Create and maintain the Interface JIRA backlog aligned to Agile delivery work breakdown structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Rhapsody development experience.
• Strong familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Federal Contracting.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with business process re-engineering and program management best practices.
