Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage complex technical payroll initiatives using Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Track deliverable completion and project status to ensure alignment with performance objectives
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure
• Manage and execute the full payroll cycle and maintain system configurations within Oracle HCM Cloud
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy
• Lead payroll system upgrades, testing, implementations, and troubleshooting
• Develop payroll reports and dashboards and manage payroll audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, Finance, or Business Administration
• Proven experience managing payroll specifically using Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience with payroll system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Ability to travel 50%+ as required by client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or MS degree
• Big 4 Consulting experience
• Certification in payroll or Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience with ADP
