Oracle HCM Functional Talent+ Learning + ORC Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Talent Management, Learning, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Support Talent Management processes such as Performance, Goals, Succession, and Talent Reviews.
• Configure and manage Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) catalogs, courses, specializations, and learning assignments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within ORC, including career sites, workflows, and candidate selection processes.
• Provide high-quality AMS support, managing incidents, service requests (SRs), and system enhancements.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to align talent strategy with workforce planning and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Talent, Learning, and ORC modules.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and post-go-live support.
• Strong AMS/Managed Services experience handling incidents and configurations.
• Practical knowledge of Fast Formulas, workflows, and approval processes.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field.
• Understanding of Core HR integrations and performance/hiring cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL or Service Management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced consulting setting.
