Oracle HCM Functional (Benefits + Compensation)

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules end-to-end
• Manage compensation cycles including merit, bonus, promotions, and salary planning
• Configure compensation plans, eligibility profiles, approval workflows, and budgets
• Support the benefits lifecycle including enrollment, life events, rates, and dependents
• Handle Open Enrollment and mid-year changes within the system
• Manage AMS activities such as incidents, service requests, enhancements, and configuration changes
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support
• Ensure seamless integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent modules

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules
• Strong experience in AMS or production support environments
• Hands-on experience with Compensation cycles and Benefits enrollment
• Proficiency with Fast Formulas for Compensation and Benefits
• Ability to work independently in client-facing environments
• Knowledge of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, and Talent

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent modules
• Technical skills in OTBI, BIP, HDL, and HCM Extracts
• Knowledge of global implementations and ITIL frameworks
