Oracle HCM Functional Absence + OTL (Time and Labor)

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Absence and OTL modules
• Manage end-to-end OTL solutions including time rules, calculations, processing profiles, and workflows
• Configure absence plans, accruals, eligibility, and workflows for various leave types
• Ensure seamless integration between OTL, Absence, Payroll, and Core HR
• Provide high-quality AMS support, including incident management, requests, and enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure data accuracy and compliance with global and U.S. policies
• Support year-end and quarterly updates and manage timecards, schedules, and labor costing

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on AMS (Application Managed Services) experience
• Strong end-to-end expertise in Oracle OTL and Absence modules
• Working knowledge of Fast Formulas
• Experience with OTBI, BIP, HDL, and HCM Extracts
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field
• Proven ability to work independently in a client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Managed Services environments
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
