Oracle HCM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Performance Management
• Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored HCM solutions
• Customize and configure Oracle HCM EBS modules to integrate with existing HR systems
• Conduct testing and validation of HCM solutions to ensure business objectives and compliance
• Provide training and support to end-users and HR teams
• Monitor and resolve issues related to HCM functionality, performance, and user experience
• Stay informed about new Oracle HCM EBS features and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM EBS implementations
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM EBS modules and functionalities
• Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in business process analysis and performance improvement methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
