About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide application support and manage enhancement projects for HR systems and modules
- Configure and deploy compensation plans, salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs
- Manage the design, build, test, and deployment phases of applications following established governance
- Plan releases, upgrades, patches, and configurations for assigned Oracle modules
- Provide consultative support to functional owners to automate processes and address business issues
- Manage Tier 2 support escalations and resolve priority issues with stakeholders
- Oversee system enhancements, bug fixes, and post-implementation support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of HR Technology support experience
- Extensive experience with Fusion Compensation and Core HR
- Proficiency in HDL, Workflows, SQL, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and eligibility profiles
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, ORC, Talent Management, OLC, Compensation & Payroll)
- Strong understanding of data flow and integration management
- Experience with database queries and technical interfaces (Crystal/SSRS/RRDL)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial technology solutions such as OneStream, Hyperion, or Blackline
- Proven track record in change control leadership and system upgrading
- Experience managing vendor relationships for support and roadmap discussions
